Parental Engagement & Academic Conference of Excellence
Twenty-six parents graduated on June 18 from the six-week parenting program. They learned skills to help boost their parental involvement. Some of the classes offered helped teach the parents about volunteering, learning at home, and decision making. Two graduates are now pursuing their GED and another one is pursuing home ownership.
