Youth Development Career Academy
The YDCA held camps at the Cecil Tillis Center, Bluff Road Development Center and Piney Grove Recreation Center to help pre and post-test youths with basic concepts and career development. The staff is now currently recruiting youth for Colony, Bethel Bishop, and St. Lawrence Place.
